Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology) Full time We are looking for a Product Business Analyst to join our team and act as the key link between business goals and technical execution. In this role, you'll translate business needs into development tasks, ensuring the successful delivery of mobile app features that boost customer engagement and revenue. You'll manage the product backlog, coordinate Agile processes, and keep communication clear between stakeholders and developers. You'll also play a vital role in troubleshooting and feature releases, ensuring app stability and improving the customer experience.

Your contributions Manage and prioritise the product backlog by reviewing and prioritizing new tasks, communicating priorities with developers, leading backlog grooming sessions, and providing regular updates to stakeholders on backlog progress and upcoming priorities.Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
