Who you are We're looking for an industry expert who has deep working knowledge and key working relationships with industry bodies, that ensure we're attuned to awards and compliance regulation changes.
You will build a knowledge and resource hub for the rest of the business to utilise, ensuring we maintain strong credibility when working and advising our customers of Humanforce.
What you will do Build and maintain the award and compliance library, for all stakeholders across the organisation to utilise and ensure is accurate when implementing within our product Monitor and curate your internal customers on regulatory and industry changes – some changes are award-specific or general compliance-related Running internal enablement to build internal awareness and understanding of awards and compliance rules and changes from Fair Work Australia, Australian Payroll Commission and other key industry bodies Work directly with Industrial Relationship Lawyers - whilst continuing to build and cultivate further relationships across the industry.
What you will need Proven experience in a similar or related role, or direct experience in a Compliance and Awards Specialist position Proven experience in compliance management, preferably in a regulated industry Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards within the workforce or Human Resources industry Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and best practices Experience in researching and applying for industry awards to a content library Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication and able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Our values We are bold We are all in We are customer-obsessed We do what we say We are good humans Our approach to flexibility We are passionate about people making their own decisions about where and when they work.
