Key Tasks Preparing quotations based on customer needs and our offerings highlighting the value proposition. Driving sustainability solutions with customers through equipment & process audits. Identifying and advising on cross-selling & upselling opportunities. Driving development and proper usage of sales tools and configurators. Ensuring completeness and correctness of Installed Base data quality. Validating costing and developing standardized offers based on 360 Service Portfolio. Driving digital transformation in sales Lead-to-Order process. Providing technical advice on products and applications related to Separation products within Alfa Laval service portfolio. Providing technical advice on sales-related claims and warranty. Conducting joint customer visits with sales & channels/partners. Leading training & development of local sales team members. Collaborating with Business Units in Central organisation on all Separation products and associated applications. Stakeholder Management inter- & intra-teams locally and within Central organisation. What you Know University degree or similar in either business or sales management. Preferably several years of service sales experience with Alfa Laval Separation products. Experience in negotiations, and ability to work in a cross-functional business environment.
