What will you do?
Ability to use data to provide management with insights that support decision making around targeting, product design and pricing.
Assist the Product Manager with product changes and strategy development Provide reporting that is visualised and consumerable by all audiences clearly articulating insights.
Monitor market activity and report on competitor changes to the Product team Provide analysis and insights to market behaviour to identify new growth and product development opportunities Maintain up-to-date competitor comparisons Identify member behavioural segments and changes in behaviours Build effective internal + external relationships that foster collaboration and ensure member centric focus and support the businesses strategic initiatives Actively seek to minimise costs through continuous improvement and innovation analysis Maintain up to date knowledge of the private health insurance market Actively manage and contribute to meeting the company-endorsed KPIs set for THF Risk/Compliance, Gender Equality, Work Health & Safety & Heart Culture elements.
Actively comply and adhere to all relevant Federal and State legislation, and all THF Policy and Procedures What do you need?
3-5 years of relevant experience Proven ability to present data and insights in a clear, meaningful, and easily understandable manner to internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial concepts.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in fields such as Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, or related areas.
Experience in Business Analytics, with a focus on data interpretation and reporting.
