We are excited to announce a new vacancy for a Customer Engagement and Funding Specialist.
This role can be based at any of the national ORS offices.
Your duties will include: Reviewing and processing all new referrals (website, internal, and waitlist).Creating and updating electronic records for closures and existing cases eg: internal referrals and re-opens.Reviewing and updating funding allocations accordingly within the NDIS Price Guide and ORS Services Guide.Assisting with reporting as required.Other additional administration duties as required.Role requirements: Excellent performance improvement mindset: demonstrated through exceeding KPIs and targets, developing innovative ideas for the business and individuals, and continually setting high standards and helping others to reach targets.Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills; demonstrated through providing high quality and accurate data/reports, planning weeks/months in line with organisation priorities, and by meeting deadlines.Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to create rapport with a diverse range of customers and staff.Intermediate to advanced Microsoft suite experience.Strong data entry skills.Extensive IINSIGHT experience.Ability to work independently and use initiative.Strong ability to build, manage and maintain a strong team morale.Strong ability to build, manage and maintain client relationships.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Previous management or supervisory experience in a similar role.About ORS: With close to 700 employees nationally, across 22 locations we are one of the largest and fastest growing family owned and operated national allied health and workplace rehabilitation providers in Australia.
