ABOUT THE ROLE To ensure on time and to budget production of annual TVC schedule, Coordination of sizzle reels and other multi-media global marketing assets and provide input into the continuous improvement of production processes and strategies.
Main responsibilities Collaborate with the Executive Producer and Producers to plan, schedule, and execute the production of global TVC and video assets.Partner with Brand Team on briefing process for TVC requirements and various video assets.Play an active role in engagement of production companies and scheduling.Negotiate with Production Companies on best possible price.Identify cost saving options.Work closely with Creative Director & Creatives and with Marketing Coordinators to co-ordinate product samples, asset gathering, end frames and network approvals.Co-ordinate Sizzle reels for key milestones.Keep Global Asset Coordinator and stakeholders updated on status of delivery of assets to schedule.Actively contribute to process improvement discussions and assist in the implementation of improvement/change programs.Manage the production process, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and in full.ABOUT YOU 3+ years' experience in a similar roleA relevant tertiary qualificationThorough knowledge of the TV production process and postproductionExperience on set and dealing with external production companiesIndustry knowledge to assess quotingNetwork approval process knowledgeHOW TO APPLY We move quickly at Moose, so please APPLY today.
