Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on a dynamic organisation's procurement operations?
Our client is in the process of revolutionising their procurement operations with the introduction of procurement system. Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the adoption of this transformative system across their organisation.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the adoption of the procurement system across the organisation. Draft and communicate new policies and procedures related to the procurement process. Develop training modules to facilitate the seamless onboarding of future staff. Collaborate with PowerBI specialists to refine procurement reports. Provide project administration support, including the development of implementation and growth plans. Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Prior experience in procurement operations. Familiarity with procurement systems, such as SAP Ariba, or Coupa. Ability to understand and articulate procurement-related terminology and concepts. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities. Systems savvy. Like to know more?
