Our Procurement team enables the Procurement function and broader business to operate effectively by supporting sourcing requirements, contracting and governance framework in accordance with policies and processes. We are blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results. We're looking for a Procurement Systems and Process Administrator to be the SME (subject matter expert) for systems and tools used by the Procurement function, and ensure that SOPs reflect the current state and look to make ongoing improvements within our vast community of solvers.

It is a key part of the role as it will help protect the Procurement brand, in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.

As an expert in your understanding of Procurement operations and processes, you'll solve problems by identifying and leading improvement solutions aimed at streamlining processes and rolling out effective change management communications as well as acting as the first escalation point for any queries from the offshore Procurement Contract processing team.

In our Procurement team, you'll also:

Be responsible for overseeing the facilitation of the procurement sourcing process for stakeholders within the business. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of procurement tools and systems, ensuring compliance with the procurement processes. Deliver any relevant change management communications, design, delivery of associated training. Act as a subject matter expert for contract processing and administration and related system functionality. Accountabilities / Responsibilities include: Processes:

Facilitate the procurement sourcing process for stakeholders in the business, ensuring efficient and effective sourcing activities which comply with Procurement policy requirements. Provide advice and direction to internal stakeholders and end-users regarding procurement processes. Identify and lead improvement solutions aimed at streamlining processes and rolling out effective change management communications. Cross check that new suppliers are properly onboarded and have completed the onboarding questionnaire. Assist in the preparation of any necessary team and leadership presentations/reports. Maintain and administer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including contract compliance check, e-signatures routing, processing events contracts and uploading contract entries in Scanmarket. Engage category managers and other key internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and how system and process improvements can be incorporated into BAU practices. Coordinate the collection, peer review and Procurement leader approval of contract information for internal audit assessment against PwC's network standards. Management of general procurement queries that are submitted through ServiceNow. Systems Management:

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of procurement tools and systems in accordance with firm network standards. Design and deliver training associated with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistency. Create and maintain the access of licensed users to ensure current access is reviewed in line with network standards. Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for procurement systems and processes, including Scanmarket, ServiceNow, DocuSign, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Resolve system outages for procurement systems promptly and efficiently. Conduct risk and data classification assessments for procurement managed systems in line with IT owner responsibilities. Facilitate the configuration of meaningful data points for analytics and reporting. Create, test and send supplier risk questionnaires that are sent to targeted suppliers when required. Policy:

Support the development of procurement policies to ensure compliance. Identify gaps between procurement and other policies and work with their respective business representatives to address those gaps. Support and maintain a monthly policy compliance reporting framework. Lead offshore team:

Manage any escalated issues or errors relating to contract compliance processing. Conduct audits of work performed by the Procurement Contracts team to ensure SLAs are maintained. Generate and distribute reports of contracts housed in the contract management system that are due for expiry. Lead the transition of current non-strategic onshore tasks ensuring that all supporting SOPs and training resources are conducted. A strong understanding of customer experience and customer centricity principles. Detailed requirements gathering and validation with strong documentation skills. Exceptional problem-solving skills with an ability to creatively solve complex issues. A result-focused attitude with the ability to meet project/activity deliverables and timelines. Advanced systems experience e.g. Google applications including Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drive, and Microsoft Office applications (Inc. Excel, PowerPoint), Scanmarket (contract repository and supplier onboarding), Refinitiv (world adverse media and report check), ServiceNow (enquiry ticketing system) and SharePoint. Knowledge of using Power BI outputs is preferable.
