Innovative Plastic Solutions – Campbellfield VICResponsibilities:Accurate entry of data into the ERP (MYOB and Microsoft AX) systemsRaise purchase orders and related entriesStock location managementMonitor inventory to optimize stock levelsCoordinate and track shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholdersManage inventory levels to ensure incoming orders can be fulfilled in a timely mannerManage and maintain purchase order documents ensuring pricing and quantity of items shipped are accurateWork closely with Accounts Payable to reconcile Purchase Orders and InvoicesMaterial and component batch trackingConduct regular stock counts and cycle countKnowledge of importing overseas components advantageousType of Person:Ability to multi-task and prioritize with attention to detail.Hands on experience with purchasing/inventory software.Sound Microsoft Office skills; advanced Excel skills desirable.Good work ethics and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
