Procurement & Stock Control Officer

Responsibilities: Accurate entry of data into the ERP (MYOB and Microsoft AX) systems Raise purchase orders and related entries Stock location management Monitor inventory to optimize stock levels Coordinate and track shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders Manage inventory levels to ensure incoming orders can be fulfilled in a timely manner Manage and maintain purchase order documents ensuring pricing and quantity of items shipped are accurate Work closely with Accounts Payable to reconcile Purchase Orders and Invoices Material and component batch tracking Conduct regular stock counts and cycle count Knowledge of importing overseas components advantageous Type of Person: Ability to multi-task and prioritize with attention to detail.
Hands on experience with purchasing/inventory software.
Sound Microsoft Office skills; advanced Excel skills desirable.
Good work ethics and communication skills.
