Procurement Specialist

About the Role
The Victorian Government is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable professional to contribute to the success of the Procurement & Project Management Office (PPMO) unit. As a Procurement Officer, you will provide procurement guidance and support to Academy staff who are leading procurement activities at the Academy.
Key Responsibilities Review and draft procurement documentation in alignment with Academy and Department procurement policies and processes.Report on the status of procurement activities to the Executive Leadership Team.Assist with procurement capability building.Manage and/or undertake varied administration tasks associated with the Academy's procurement team and business-as-usual activities. Requirements Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.A future-focused mindset, proactively adopting new technology.Ability to navigate complex situations.
