This role is pivotal to optimising sourcing processes, enhancing supplier relationship management, and contributing to strategic initiatives that align with the company's evolving business model and growth objectives.
Your responsibilities will include: Collaborate with the Design and Development teams to streamline inputs and outputs, focusing on optimisation and standardisation to deliver material cost savings.Assist in implementing the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool, ensuring smooth integration and encouraging user adoption.Facilitate the mapping of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes between Procurement and Finance, identifying and pursuing opportunities for optimisation.Support the development and optimisation of sourcing processes in collaboration with category experts and business partners.Enhance supplier relationship management, with a focus on risk mitigation, value alignment and strategic supplier engagement.Contribute to the implementation of a scalable and agile Procurement delivery platform in line with the company's hybrid operating model.Your point of difference: You will be professionally qualified in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
This is an entry-level position where internship or graduate work experience is preferred.You will have strong analytical skills with attention to detail coupled with the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team and build relationships and communicate with multiple stakeholders.A basic understanding of procurement processes and sourcing strategies, contract management, supply chain processes and negotiation principles will be an advantage.You will have a passion for procurement and supply chain.All of these attributes are preferred; if you think you may be the right fit for the role please still apply.
