How you'll make a difference
This position is responsible for coordinating and supporting Council's procurement and contract management processes to Council's staff at all levels across the organization by providing high quality, effective and timely procurement, tendering, contract management and probity advice and guidance and liaising with relevant external stakeholders.
We are looking for a passionate, qualified and experienced procurement officer with excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives in this space.
You will be able to work independently and manage and prioritise tasks to achieve identified objectives and be an integral member of the Financial Services team.
