As the Procurement Officer you will be responsible for tactical sourcing and inventory management of the Queensland branch.
The key aspects of this role are purchasing and inventory optimisation, strategic sourcing, vendor management and order administration.

You will contribute to the success of Opal by: Ensuring inventory levels are within budget and matched to forward demand Coordinating demand forecasting process to optimise purchasing Working closely with Operations to ensure stock deliveries are well-timed to ensure smooth operation of logistics and dispatch operations Ensuring that inventory levels are maintained with regards to customer requirements and warehouse capacity Leveraging existing supplier relationships to source and price products as required Discover Yourself… It is an exciting time to join the Opal team as we continue to lead and grow as a packing solution provider.
