As a Procurement Manager – Property & Fleet in our Asia Pacific team, you'll be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives, fostering vendor relationships, and ensuring operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to shape property and fleet portfolios while collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful results.
As a Procurement Manager, you'll make a positive impact by:
Partnering with senior stakeholders on property, fleet, and facilities strategy to optimise operationsManaging lease administration and ensuring financial and compliance alignmentCultivating relationships with internal teams to support financial reporting and transparencyOverseeing vendor payment processes and ensuring efficiency and complianceLeading property and fleet acquisition strategies to meet client and operational needsEnsuring regulatory compliance through comprehensive governance and reportingPeople leadership for a lean high performing teamYour ideal skills & experience: At least 5 years of experience in commercial management / procurement / or financial managementExperience with property and/or fleet management would be a bonus but not a prerequisitePeople leadership skills & an ability to drive high performanceExpertise in commercial markets, regulations, and legislationExperience in strategic sourcing, category management, and contract managementDemonstrated ability to lead projects and deliver process improvementsResilience and a proactive approach to challengesAs a fast-growing and successful global company, Serco's services span across Justice, Immigration, Defence, Space, Customer Services, Health, and Urban Mobility.
