The role will be accountable for all aspects relating to the processing of orders, timely receipting, dispatching and any other procurement related tasks.
Inventory turnover and stock management strategies will be critical to the efficient operation of the department.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills are necessary as this role is pivotal to the successful operation of the business.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate your experience in the below:
Demonstrated leadership and management skillsExperience using an ERP, D365 or similarCompetent keyboard skills and MS office including intermediate Excel experienceAbility to analyse and explain supply dataExcellent communication, organisational and negotiation skillsAbility to physically handle medical and non-medical suppliesMinimum 2-4 years experience in a similar roleExperience implementing and managing a central store and live warehouseDynamics 365 experience and/or experience managing min/max inventory parametersPersonal Attributes: Enthusiastic and positive approach with a strong customer focusSuperior liaison and negotiation skillsSuperior problem identification and resolution skillsAbility to embrace and influence changeWho we are Centrally located between the shops and cafes of The Junction, and the rolling waves of Merewether Beach, Lingard is Newcastle's largest private hospital and offers the community access to the best surgical care in the region.
Spanning two sites Lingard offers 14 theatres, 2 endoscopy suites, 2 cardiac catheterisation labs, ICU, 2 surgical wards, cardiac ward, rehabilitation ward and dedicated day surgery centre.
With specialist consulting rooms nearby, and a radiology practice and pathology laboratory onsite, Lingard Private Hospital offers a health precinct second-to-none.
