This is an exciting time to be joining Pace as we continue to grow and expand our operations across the region.About the roleIn this newly created role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement process for goods and services. Your role will involve establishing the procurement function, implementing effective procurement strategies, and creating policies to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will collaborate across the business to drive simplification and continuous improvement along with negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure that the company's needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively. You will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and driving value through effective supply chain management.What you'll doDevelop and execute procurement strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favourable terms for the company, ensuring all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.Conduct regular supplier reviews to ensure suppliers meet quality and delivery standards.Work across the business to understand business needs and requirements.Analyse procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Provide support to ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.About You:Are you a driven Procurement Manager ready to shape and lead our procurement function at Pace Farm? We're looking for someone with a strong background in manufacturing or FMCG, and at least 2 years in a managerial or team leader role.
