Osborne Richardson specialise in public sector recruitment.Our IT division is headed up by an experienced IT project manager so, when you work with us, you will be working with someone understands your requirements based on real-world experience.• Contract until Dec 2024 ( possible extensions) • $Market rate • Fortitude Valley / Hybrid working.• Start ASAP Job description Responsibilities Reporting to the Head of Procurement you will: + Provide leadership to support the category management team to deliver strategic and commercial procurement and supply chain outcomes for the assigned portfolio(s) + Provide key account leadership to develop partnerships with enterprise stakeholders.This includes the technical leadership support of a small team of category specialists to develop and deliver category-specific procurement activities.+ End to end responsibility for procurement (plan, source, manage) as well as delivering commercial contract and supplier performance management outcomes in their portfolio.+ The portfolio lead will be responsible for leading and development of procurement portfolios up to the value of $85M spend per annum and will autonomously lead highly complex end to end procurement activities with significant risk profiles and lifetime procurement values of up to $150M.Skills & experience: +Excellent ICT stakeholder management and communication skills.Demonstrate the ability to implement change portfolio management in alignment with stakeholders key Business objectives and deliverables.+ Works with full competence to develop the portfolio management plan, manage supply and demand, as well as manage value, issue resolution, and changes to the portfolio, all with the focus for process and performance improvement.Works without supervision and may provide technical guidance.+ Strong Contract management and technical experience.You will have the ability to work without supervision and provide technical guidance when required on effectively managing the performance of suppliers through robust contract frameworks and successfully delivering contractual obligations.Thank you for your application.We regret that due to the number of applications received we will not be able to respond to all applicants.
