About the Role Located within Brisbane CBD, the successful Graduate will be rotated through each of the three Procurement Category Management Teams:
Building Construction and MaintenanceGeneral Goods and ServicesInformation Communication and TechnologyYour opportunity to learn and expand your experience includes:Working within each of the Category Management Teams to provide support to State Schools, Corporate Divisions and Regional offices relating to purchasing and procurement policy and procedures;Collaborating with various Stakeholders and assisting in the development of end-to-end procurement functions, whilst contributing towards the department's strategy and goals;Assisting department staff to engage suppliers and manage supplier contracts.In addition, Procurement Services Branch provides access to a large network of procurement professionals across both private and public sectors.

Mandatory Requirements:Hold Australian citizenship, or reside in Australia and have permission, under a Commonwealth law, to work in Australia.Have completed your university degree in 2023, be due to graduate in 2024 or due to graduate before February 2025.Have a university undergraduate or postgraduate degree from an Australian University in a relevant discipline.
