About the opportunity
The Procurement Governance and Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting the procurement, supplier management policies, systems, processes and frameworks within the Commercial team. The role will work closely with the Commercial Director and other Commercial Team members to embed procurement policy and process ensuring that policies are maintained. The role will be the SME for the Contract Management System (CMS) and play a key role in working to embed the utilisation of the CMS across the commercial team.
This is a key role supporting the delivery of the digitization and enablement for all sourcing, supplier management and contract management within the Commercial team and Healthdirect. This role has a strong focus on reporting and compliance. The role will be involved in the ESG strategy, third party risk management and Commercial governance.
What we're looking for
3+ years' experience within a procurement or commercial team
Knowledge of Procurement processes
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
Demonstrated data analysis and reporting experience
Ability to multitask and prioritise competing projects and deadlines
