Hybrid working conditions | Collaborative & supportive work environment Attractive salary + super + Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550 We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement & Fleet (P&F) Coordinator to join our dynamic team at EACH. Based out of Ringwood Head Office, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of goods and services within our organization, as well as the Fleet Management of roughly 200 vehicles.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling purchase requirements of approved site goods and services including managing accounts such as utilities and stationery in line with accounts payable processes Analyse supplier agreements and ensure the most appropriate agreements are in place as well as maintaining an accurate contractor database and ensuring contractors meet induction requirements Manage Fleet vehicle compliance, including servicing, recalls, tolls, inspections, registrations, and roadworthy checks, and identify gaps in processes and develop policies and workflows to address deficiencies Collaborate with staff to ensure value for money and compliance in the procurement of goods and services Monitor supplies and staff purchasing behaviour to effectively manage costs while maintaining service quality and value To view a copy of the full Position Description, click here .
