What this opportunity involves: This role performs the management of the contracts for JLL and Telstra, is responsible for tendering contracts and recommending the outcomes of those tenders for client sign-off. This role is also responsible for managing the relationship with our major vendors.
Overview of the role: Manage all Subcontractors and Third-Party Suppliers in a manner that ensures service delivery in accordance with the SOW and that seeks to obtain the best value for money outcomes for Telstra.Monitor, measure and audit the performance of Subcontractors and Third-Party Suppliers and seek to assist them to improve their service delivery. Presents strategic supplier performance and key recommendations to stakeholders and decision-makers.Provide a process for regular auditing of Subcontractors and their performance including onsite inspections to assess compliance with the SOW.Manage risk within area of responsibility and ensuring all stakeholders and clients are aware of and comply with relevant regulations and procedures.Conducting quality reviews and compliance checks in accordance with the annual review program and procurement governance framework.Ensure vendors compliance with JLL policies and procedures.Ensure ethical sourcing practices.Project Managed deliverables and KPIs across multiple accounts and clients.Liaison, communication, and consultation with key internal and external stakeholders, including report writing and presentation of results and recommendations.Support with the management of supplier relationships and negotiations on behalf of clients.Regular consultation with the wider S&P team in order to achieve time-frames for delivery.Sound like you? This is what we're looking for: 4+ years' experience working in Procurement, Consulting, Purchasing.Experience working with Senior Management.Exposure to government procurement an advantage.Project management qualification or accreditation is desirable (e.g. PRINCE2).Experience in Facilities Management or In-Direct category management an advantage.Qualifications and professional memberships, such as Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) or equivalent are considered an advantage.What you can expect from us: You'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
