Ownership of stakeholder and vendor relationships Hybrid working from our Sydney CBD office Write your story with Zip As the Procurement Analyst in our IT & Security team, you will play a pivotal role in optimising our procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing and consolidation of our tooling.
You will ensure that goods and services are acquired at the best possible prices and within established timelines and assist with the day-to-day administration.
As part of your role, you'll conduct data analysis to identify procurement trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements, which you'll then present back to the business. Therefore, you will have an analytical approach to problem-solving.
You will work closely with various vendors and stakeholders from across the business, at various levels, while being supported by the Procurement Manager and Head of IT.
