Join a culture-led organisation!Permanent full-time opportunity2 year, fixed-term opportunityPosition located at our Head Office in St LeonardsEnjoy flexibility – hybrid opportunities!The Opportunity Ramsay Health Care has a permanent full-time opportunity and a 2-year fixed-term opportunity for a Procurement Analyst to join our team and support multiple procurement sourcing projects across our hospital group.
Reporting to the Integrated Business Planning Manager and collaborating with various stakeholders across Procurement, Finance and Operations, you will ensure accurate planning and reporting of procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities Support procurement activities, including category analysis, cost modelling, compliance, tenders, and contract management, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.Analyse, track, and report on current and pipeline activities and benefit realisation.Monitor supplier performance against contracted KPIs and SLAs.Prepare and present daily and month-end reports to stakeholders across the business.Develop and maintain a Power BI dashboard for Procurement.Key Skills and Experience Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and Power BI.Strong curiosity and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and identify, communicate, and implement data-driven decisions.Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Accurate analytics in contract/procurement data management, preferably in a fast-paced or rapidly changing organisation.Previous experience within the healthcare sector is desirableQualifications and Accreditations Qualifications in a relevant discipline such as Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Lean, or an analytical discipline such as Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or Statistics.What's in it for you?
