We're excited by the fact our team is continuing to expand. And, as we continue to grow, we're on the hunt for a  talented Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Procurement Analyst at CT, you will play a critical role in optimising our procurement processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and maintaining strong relationships with our vendors and suppliers.
Here's what you'll be doing: Responsible for Hardware and Software procurement from our Distributors and Vendors. Negotiation of pricing, leveraging of promotions, incentives, and rebate programs. Management of all open tickets and stock orders. Providing timely updates to Internal and External Stakeholders for estimated delivery dates. Work with the Supply Chain Team to deploy and reconcile deployed assets via our Asset Management System Responsible for working with our Warehouse Staff to organise returns to suppliers where required. Procurement and Invoice management of Subscription-based licenses, including Microsoft Office 365, and Aruba Central. Work closely with the Finance team to reconcile any Purchases and Expenses, and the Operations team to enable Supply Chain reporting capabilities. Here's what you'll bring: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in using procurement software and tools. Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry standards. Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Experience in supply chain, procurement, preferably in the technology industry is desirable. All team members are required to have a valid state-based Working with Children Check (WWCC), Police check, and be entitled to work in Australia.
