The role of Procurement Analyst is focusing on advising on procurement processes, contract development, conducting end to end procurement processes to engage suppliers that meet the requirements of the program in a clear and well documented manner.
Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end process for procurement requests, including preparation of all RFx documents, evaluating submissions, manage negotiations with suppliers, award Contract and handover to Contract Managers and Administrators.Prepare contract documents that are commercially acceptable and on approved templates that conform to policy and procedures.Support contract management and the analysis of contracts reporting and dataFrontline spokesperson for the Procurement team providing timely advice and training to stakeholders around procurement processes, procedures and best practice.Analyse the requirements of stakeholders and problem solve to ensure the appropriate procurement process is implemented.Support the management and maintenance of Procurement Data, including dashboard development and management and continuous improvement.Provide procurement data insight to the procurement leadership team.Support the reporting of procurement data through a range external and internal reports including CEO and shareholder reporting.About You Qualifications in fields such as procurement, business, commerce, or related discipline or equivalent experience in a similar role.Positive, can-do attitude with exceptional customer service, communication and influencing skillsExperience with purchasing, contracts or finance systems and a good knowledge of the relevant process flows.Clear and concise oral and written communications skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the company, contractor representatives and management.Demonstrated high level of proficiency in utilising Microsoft Office products.Ability to work under pressure managing competing workloads, demonstrate resilience, meet deadlines and provide additional support within the Procurement Team when required.A clear understanding of ethical practices and probity within a large organisation.Willingness to work as part of a team, and autonomously when required, to meet deadlines and provide additional support to the Procurement Team when requested to do so.Above all, we are seeking dynamic individuals with the ability to collaborate in an exciting, fast paced project environment.
