The role Within our Consumer Protection Division, Associations and Charities is responsible for monitoring and registering all Incorporated Associations, Charities, Cooperative and Limited partnerships in WA.
As a processing officer, you will play a vital role in providing quality customer service to stakeholders.
You will use various forms of communication including via the phone, written correspondence and in person.
Typically, your day could consist of delivering consistent and accurate information, assessing both routine and complex applications, performing name availability searches, and making changes to documentation.
Your contribution will help the important work Consumer Protection carries out to protect the WA community.

While this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other similar vacancies (permanent, fixed-term, full-time or part-time) within the department for the next 24 months, from the date that the recruitment breach period has been finalised.
To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments) at the time of application.
