The Role A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Process Technician to join our Mackay Primary Distribution Centre (PDC).
You will be working within a team who are directly responsible for blending, bagging and despatching various fertilisers.

You Will Also: Comply to IPL's strong commitment to HSEComplete Permits to Work, JSAs, Work Instructions & Take 5 documentationLoading and un-loading trucks of bulk and bagged products as requiredStrong customer service skills and focusUsing the site's computerised bagging system and working within a small team to palletise bagged productsCarrying out daily pre-start checks on plant and mobile equipmentWorking as a team member on our bagging production lineAutonomous maintenance tasksWhat you'll bring You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance cultureDemonstrate a strong commitment to safetyAbility to learn new skills in the required time framesTicketed for the operation of front end loader and forklift (desired, although willing to train the right candidate)You will be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of planning and inventoryDemonstrated ability to coordinate a small team to fulfil production requirements safely within tight time frames would be strongly desirable.
