Prerequisites for Success: Operate and monitor the equipment and processes used in the extraction and processing of lead ore and other base metals.Manage crushing, grinding, flotation, thickening, and filtration processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.Use control systems and instrumentation to monitor and adjust processing parameters for optimal performance.Conduct regular sampling and testing of ore and processed material to ensure quality standards are met.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on processing equipment.Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations to ensure a safe and compliant operation.Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimise plant performance and achieve production targets. ???
