About the Role: As a Process Operator you will play a key role in the manufacturing of beta-carotene, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment.
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will be valued for your contribution to this dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities: Operate equipment and plant to manufacture chemical products as directed by the Production Manager.
Handle goods receipt and dispatch, ensuring correct labelling and storage.
Conduct housekeeping and general (non-expert) maintenance tasks.
Order raw materials, complete goods movements, and enter production data in SAP.
Notify management immediately of equipment defects or breakdowns.
Record data related to manufacturing processes and maintenance, preparing monthly reports as requested.
Supervise and participate in Quality system audits.
Assist in stock takes within the production area.
Key Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Previous experience in a comparable manufacturing or production setting.
Previous roles involving control room responsibilities.
Forklift license highly desirable but not essential.
SAP knowledge highly desirable but not essential.
