Your New Role This is a contract role until 30 June 2025.
The purpose of this role is to: Support the implementation Business Process Management (BPM) across the Investments Program, using Nintex and MS Visio for documentation; Facilitate Process Discovery and Review workshops, analyse gathered information, and ensure processes align with Business Capabilities as defined by Business Architecture – IBM team; Document processes, generate reports (like RACI and System matrices), and collaborate with Business SMEs to meet quality standards; Coach Process Analysts and Nintex Ninjas in BPM and best practices.
Key Duties will include: Facilitating and leading process scoping, design, discovery, and review workshops to capture key process information and ensure alignment with governance standards; Documenting processes and generating reports such as RACI and System matrices using Nintex Process Manager and MS Visio; Collaborating with Business SMEs through process design workshops and process scoping activities to ensure process meets quality assurance standards, including the capture of correct level of detail; given the hierarchy level, objective, triggers, inputs, outputs, teams, service provider, systems, data and operating controls; Providing regular reporting on targets, milestones, and implemented improvements for management; Coaching and mentoring Process Analysts and Nintex Ninjas in BPM and best practices; Supporting the implementation of BPM across the Investments Program, including front-office, operations, data, and technology support; Maintaining alignment of Business Processes with Business Capabilities as defined by the Business Architecture - IBM team; Running educational sessions and workshops on BPM topics to upskill stakeholders.
What You'll Need Previous experience in a similar, hands-on experience role (E.g.
Process Analyst, Senior Process Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Business Improvement Analyst); Strongly preferred is to have experience with process mapping using Nintex process manager; An ability to work autonomously and pro-actively without supervision and to set own work plan to meet deadlines; Proven experience in documenting business processes in a simple format and flexibility in adjusting own mindset about process modelling and notations; Working knowledge of business architecture frameworks and an ability to link operating model components into process documentation; Working knowledge of business architecture frameworks and an ability to link business processes to business capabilities; Working knowledge of risk management frameworks and an ability to link controls into process documentation; Proven experience in the delivery of process discovery and redesign workshops; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills which foster cooperation and teamwork in a close team environment; Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Proven facilitation skills and capability to manage group dynamics that lead to the negotiation of successful outcomes; Domain knowledge in Superannuation or Investments can be helpful but not necessary.
