Senior Client Manager – FSG National The FSG National team is responsible for the broking strategy and placement of all financial lines business across Aon's Complex Mid-Market Clients. This permanent full-time role has been created to maintain Aon's high service standards on this portfolio of financial institution, profession and National complex accounts. The goal is to further advance Aon's standing as the market-leader in the open-market Professional & Financial Lines Insurance space.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon Melbourne offices.
What the day will look like You will be responsible for:
Open market financial lines broking for a portfolio of complex mid-market placements Managing your own book of financial institutions and professions financial lines accounts Assisting the National team with advice regarding their clients' insurance programs and placing their financial lines covers Pro-active business development and portfolio growth Negotiating with underwriters to ensure the correct insurance program is in place to protect Aon's clients Managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience Developing strong insurer contacts to deliver the best open market broking outcomes for your clients Participation in industry events to raise awareness of Aon's brand and capabilities in the Financial Lines space. Skills and experience that will lead to success A sound understanding of Financial Lines insurance products Knowledge of professional liabilities is preferred Tier 1 or Diploma insurance broking qualification, or the ability to complete it rapidly, would be expected Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the highest standard of presentation Confidence in working with clients of all sizes and the ability to pro-actively seek portfolio growth Proven experience working in a high standard professional environment Strong attention to detail Innovative problem-solving skills.
