This role combines strategic vision with hands-on project management and technical skills to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business performance.What you'll be doingDevelop and implement a comprehensive process improvement strategy aligned with WWG goals and identify long-term opportunities for process optimisation and innovation.Conduct thorough assessments of current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement using data analytics and process mapping tools to visualise and understand complex workflows.Design high-level solutions and process architectures that address identified issues and align with best practices, and develop detailed process improvement plans including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Lead and manage process improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes effectively.Work closely with senior management, department heads, and other key stakeholders to gather requirements, gain buy-in, and ensure alignment with WWG organisational objectives, and facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss process improvement and gather input.Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, providing training and support to employees to help adapt process changes.Establish metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of process improvements, as well as monitor ongoing performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.Maintain comprehensive documentation of process changes, including workflows, procedures, and policies, ensuring all processes comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.Who we're looking forAt our company, we value not only our great brands but also the people and teams that drive our success.
