Our Technical Operations team is growing!
We are recruiting for a Process Engineer who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the use of manufacturing technologies and best practices, while growing technical capability throughout the manufacturing organization.
About the role Deliver vertical start-up of projects using Start-up Management processes for equipment Monitor and drive factory performance and support plants to sustain and make continuous improvements Manage the hand-off transition between functions and ensure projects deliver against the business case Manage equipment commissioning, qualification, and verification activities throughout capital project installation and start up Ensure growth and Capex projects incorporate the right technologies and best practices to optimize profitable growth Act as a coach within the manufacturing environment About you University degree required in Engineering, Science or related field Experience with start-up management concepts and equipment commissioning Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to improve process efficiencies Experience with electrical and controls systems design and programming Knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance Systems Ability to understand process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and process narratives Highly developed interpersonal and influential skills Developed project management skills Experience in training and facilitation What's in it for you?
