We are now on the lookout for a Process Coordinator to join our team to further enhance our service integration and management capabilities.
IF YOU WERE HERE YESTERSDAY, HERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN: Collaboration with the Practice Lead and Process Manager to develop a comprehensive plan for implementing and executing the ITSM process, defining objectives, key activities, and timelines.Working closely with the customer, other IT providers, and Process Managers to design and document the process workflow, activities, roles, and responsibilities.Ensuring that process documentation is up-to-date, comprehensive, and easily accessible to all stakeholders.Execute the ITSM process on a day-to-day basis, coordinating with process owners, delivery teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and address any challenges that arise.Identification of areas for process improvement and work with Process Managers and stakeholders to implement changes, including analysing feedback and conducting proactive reviews.Assisting in measuring process performance through verification, analysis, and traceability reporting.KEEN TO GET INVOLVED? YOU'LL JUST NEED SOME OF THE FOLLOWING: Proven experience in coordinating process execution in an ITIL-aligned IT Service Management environment, with specific experience in the relevant practice aligned to your role.Ability to understand, interpret, and implement best practice policies and procedures to ensure adherence.Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with strong technical writing, reporting, and documentation abilities.A demonstrated ability to consider the end-to-end business value of process activities.Hold active status & maintain a minimum Government Security Clearance Don't meet every requirement?
