The Process & Control Engineer The Process & Control Engineer is responsible for supporting the PKET (Port Kembla Energy Terminal) and firming assets operations and engineering team in maintaining safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities: Establish strong relationships and deliver guidance and direction to the PLC and SCADA support service providers. Lifecycle Functional Safety Management of Safety Instrumented Systems in accordance with AS/NZS 61511. Minimum Requirements: 10 years experience as process control engineer within process industry, preferably in oil and gas or chemicals. Experience with a Major Hazard Facility. Fundamental Process Safety Training/Knowledge. Chemical / Process Engineering Degree. Functional Safety Engineering qualifications (TÜV Rhineland or equivalent).
