About the RoleAs a Business Solutions Manager, you are the business owner of our warehouse management system (WMS) modernisation project and you'll be at the forefront of translating business needs into actionable changes.
You will also:
Own the engagement of business stakeholders, enterprise architects and delivery teams to drive alignment for scope and business solutionsOversee the WMS modernisation operations model and process documentation as required using appropriate Coles or Program delivery methodsManage system deliverables in terms of schedules, quality, risks, continuous improvement and communication to enable successful deliveryAct as an SME within Supply Chain programs and fulfil the responsibilities as a workstream lead including participating in the Program Control Groups, SteerCo reporting and Corporate Risk management responsibilitiesIdentify and implement continuous improvement activities through root cause analysis and maximising use of system functionality and capabilityAbout you and your skillsWith developed leadership and stakeholder management skills you will have the ability to have genuine impact and see projects through to tangible outcomes.
You will also:
