The Finance Management Department at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Private Practice Support Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your opportunity
To provide a support service for private practice business and information systems across the district through the development and implementation of best practice processes for new initiatives, compliance reviews, training delivery and systems management related to the optimisation of the own source revenue agenda for Mackay HHS.
About the Team
The Finance Unit provides financial leadership, business advice, strategic financial policy and governance to enable Mackay HHS to deliver quality and efficient health services to the community.
Finance Management consists of Financial Accounting and Management accounting.
The Financial Accounting team includes Revenue, General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Assets, and Management Accounting which includes the Activity Based Funding Team and budget team.
