Reporting to the Chief of Legal & Risk, you will collaborate with business functions to address regulatory issues and provide solutions, assist with developing compliance and governance processes to support business growth, and draw upon your compliance expertise to advise on a wide range of matters, influencing the delivery of VMCH's strategic objectives.

In addition, you will respond to privacy requests, investigate and manage privacy complaints and provide in-depth expertise on privacy best practices.

About you You have considerable experience working in compliance and/or privacy roles within large, complex organisations.

Your interpersonal and communication skills are outstanding, and you display a collaborative approach when working with other teams across the organisation.

You have excellent writing and analytical/numerical skills, including a demonstrated ability to prepare reports using clear, concise language and data. You have exceptional attention to detail, and you organise information into a logical sequence and include content appropriate for the purpose and audience.

Your highly developed planning and work organisation skills allow you to manage competing priorities and respond to emerging needs.

You display excellent time management skills, often working on numerous tasks with multiple departments simultaneously.
