Legal Secretary - Commercial Litigation

The Role Supporting at Partner level, you will join a strong and highly resourced litigation team and gain exposure to a variety of commercial disputes including corporate investigations, insolvency and banking disputes.
You will enjoy taking a hands on approach to both client and file management with duties including:
Preparing and collating court documents including Briefs to Counsel and Court BooksPreparing correspondence, memos and email communicationsTimesheet entry and client billingFile and diary management including coordinating travel bookingsSkills & Experience Minimum of 2 years' experience as a legal secretary in another commercial litigation practiceExcellent communication skills – written and verbalStrong technical skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritise workflowAbility to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative teamThis law firm fosters a strong team focus, with excellent training and resources available.
