We need to build the company around our next product and fill some vital Full-Time roles with a development roadmap that extends over several years.Job Requirements:Take the lead in finalising the specifications for multiple systems and applications, including secure VPN and firewall integration development.Work with and lead UX/UI, mobile, and full-stack developers as required and collaborate with a small functional team as needed.Develop, manage, and maintain existing and new code bases and repos.Understand project planning core functions and deliver core packages on a tight and limited timeline. Understand planning priorities and constraints.What we are looking for:Someone who is highly motivated, proven self-starter, capable, proactive, committed, and energetic. We need motivated team players who will do whatever it takes to succeed. Do whatever tasks are required – all hands at the wheel type person. We are looking for a specialist to join our small and agile team and drive the completion of solution specifications, including integrations between various new systems and applications.Mandatory:You need extensive software architectural design and implementation experience to guide other engineers.A Hardcore software developer for many years.Technical team lead of a few senior engineers for at least a few years.Whilst we are looking for a leader, you will need to design and implement software services with complex architecture.Extensive Linux / Mac OS/ Windows knowledge and multi-platform project build experience. GN and Ninja knowledge are helpful, but Makefile and CMake knowledge can be converted.Superb debugging experience in at least one platform: Linux, Windows or Mac.Experience with large code bases or known open-source projects.Min 5+ years of integration web-based development and coding experience.Good at both front-end and back-end but do not need to be equally good.Demonstrated experience in building software across multiple operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, Linux).Degree qualification in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.Must have Azure, AWS or GCP experience.
