This role requires an agile, lateral professional who can deploy their property expertise and skill set to a myriad of challenges to drive commercial outcomes and operational efficiency.Reporting to the Manager Property Strategy and Planning, the Principal Adviser SEQ (AS7) will be responsible for delivering complex property advice, including transaction advice and financial analysis, building and maintaining internal client relationships, as well as coordinating advice from the technical disciplines within the Property Team to deliver accurate, timely and tailored Property advice in support of SEQ's current and future operations.The day-to-day work will focus on ensuring Queensland Rail's SEQ property portfolio delivers value to Queensland Rail and to the state.
