A temporary opportunity is now available for an AO7 Principal Project Officer to lead and supervise a small project team tasked with redeveloping mandatory online training for 2025.

About the Role: Your responsibilities as the Principal Project Officer will be:
Lead a dedicated team of learning designers to transform our suite of mandatory training courses from HTML format to Articulate Rise 360, ensuring a modern and accessible learning experience.Manage the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, including detailed scheduling and the preparation of project documentation.Actively collaborate with the Capability Branch and liaise with multiple subject matter experts across the department to supervise the migration of content to align with and adapt to system requirements for Articulate. You will also manage stakeholder expectations during the transition of courses.Perform specific tasks and engage in ad hoc activities as assigned by the management team, contributing to broader departmental goals.About You: To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will exhibit the following experience and skills:
Expertise in instructional design, specifically with a strong background in using Articulate Rise 360, to develop engaging and effective online training courses.Demonstrated proficiency in overseeing online training projects, with exceptional skills in time management and the ability to collaborate successfully within a team setting.Excellent self-management capabilities, coupled with a proactive stance on identifying and addressing both development and technical issues as they arise.Adept at building and sustaining strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring cooperative and productive interactions, and ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts as they arise.Please refer to the attached role description for any mandatory requirements for this position.
