Principal Program Delivery Officer

The Queensland Reconstruction Authority (QRA)'s vision is to build a more disaster resilient Queensland.This role leads best practice end to end project planning and governance for multiple stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of program outputs for State and Commonwealth Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA).In this role you will bring your expertise in analysing complex project data to monitor program performance:Plan and monitor the lifecycle of projects against budget structures under multiple funding programs and/ or arrangements.Quantify and verify complex data sources to process monthly progress reports and payment claims, including interrogation of general ledgers and monitoring of cash-flow financial positions.Monitor and report on the governance, scope, cost, time, and quality of programs and projects and develop timely forecast analysis and communications to a range of internal and external stakeholders.Manage project and program risks through early issues identification with timely corrective actions and contribute to the continual improvement of reporting solutions to manage program risks.Manage program controls including variations and extensions of time to safeguard assurance of program integrity.Contribute to the delivery and presentation of program review analysis and reporting for the executive leadership team.Lead and model highly collaborative internal relationships through the sharing of knowledge, experience and reflections as part of a wider team of multi-disciplinary specialists.To find out more about QRA visit our website , or reach out to the contact officer for more information about this role.***APPLICANTS ARE REQUESTED TO APPLY ONLINE – scroll down and click the 'APPLY ONLINE' button.
