About the role We are looking for aSoftware Product Lead to look after our global Beanz.com coffee commerce siteand the derivative software products that surround this
To build great software, Product Leads need to play several different roles simultaneously. You will partner with key business managers to design the product roadmap and features required to support a global coffee experience. You will stay current with industry trends in coffee, e-commerce, and technology. Additionally, you will work with development and engineering teams to build out new features that best address customer and market needs.
Key responsibilities include :
Translating business goals into specific software requirements Prioritizing software features based on market need analyses and company strategies Managing software project scope by making trade-offs between competing software requirements, such as time vs. cost and software security vs. speed Prioritizing feature requests for software development teams Crystallizing the product vision and working closely with stakeholders and software engineers to define its specifications Ensuring that the software solution successfully meets business goals and users' needs Tracking progress against the plan and resolving any variances as soon as they are identified Making trade-offs between features, schedule, and costs based on their relationship to business goals, company policies, software architecture, and software development team capabilities Key Skill Set : Ability to recommend and influence to align multiple business units and functions Anchors decisions in research and uses this effectively for solution and problem definition Uses data and insights to define requirements and proactively identify metrics and solutions Creates product-specific strategy from wider business strategic goals Digital experience in websites, subscriptions, e-commerce, marketplaces, logistics, 3PL integrations, and back-end fulfillment
