THE OPPORTUNITY Our Multiple Myeloma portfolio and pipeline is game-changing. We have an exciting opportunity to radically change the trajectory of this disease for Australians living with Myeloma and want you to help us achieve this as the Senior Product Manager for our Multiple Myeloma CAR-T therapy.
This is an exciting and rewarding position where you will lead the XFT (cross functional team) in shaping and navigating the launch readiness phase for our CAR-T therapy. You will lead the XFT in developing and implementing short- and long-term strategies that achieve brand objectives, advance brand positioning, and ensure a seamless customer and patient experience. 
RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the XFT to generate unique and meaningful brand, market and customer insights. Lead the cross functional development, execution and tracking of strategic and tactical plans that achieve brand objectives and advance brand positioning. Develop and implement omni-channel content plans as part of the strategic and tactical implementation of the brand. Collaborate with the internal team (eg. Medical, Sales, Patient Experience, Customer Experience, Corporate & Government Affairs, Market Access) to develop programs and solutions that enhance the customer and patient experience with our products. Understand and meet stakeholder expectations and develop partnerships with medical organisations, opinion leaders, consumers, patients, clients and other enterprises to support J&J. Monitor and analyse market dynamics, performance indicators and financial reports to identify opportunities to maximise the brand and portfolio. Responsible and accountable for the short-term and long-range brand forecast and for managing and leading the budget management of the brand. Qualifications Insights: Leads the team in triangulating and synthesising data from multiple sources to identify meaningful and actionable insights. Strategic: leverages deep insights to identify, evaluate and prioritise opportunities that have the greatest impact on the brand. Planning: partners with the XFT to build and implement strategically aligned tactics that meet customer and stakeholder needs Project management: Partners with XFT and external stakeholders to ensure the coordinated delivery of tactics. Adapts and refines approach based on analysis of metrics. Financial and business acumen: Financially astute and confident in utilising financial and market data to; identify and prioritise leverage points with the greatest revenue impact; build cohesive and clear business cases; clearly articulate financial projections and variances. Leadership: Has the ability to inspire, motivate and guide a XFT to develop and execute an aligned strategy. Experience or qualifications that are critical to this position
Relevant degree-level qualifications - science, communications, business/commerce (an MBA or further qualifications will also be highly regarded) Consistent track record of success in Specialty pharmaceuticals 5+ years in pharmaceutical marketing Strong strategic marketing ability Leadership skills – ability to lead a broad XFT. A leader in Omni channel marketing execution Ability to work cross functionally within a matrix organisation Highly curious with strong customer-centric problem-solving mindset and ability to deliver.
