This is a Permanent Part-Time 22.8 hours per week - 0.6EFT opportunity based in Bendigo within our Clinical Services program. The position reports to the Lead Principal Practitioner.Key Selection Criteria:To be successful in this role, you will have:Evidence of a well-developed understanding of Attachment and Trauma theories and an ability to assist others in understanding and applying these theories to practice.Proven ability to participate collaboratively and constructively in both leadership and participant roles within teams of peers, staff and other stakeholders, as well as initiative and effective personal judgement when working alone.Demonstrated sound knowledge, understanding and experience of national social policy and quality frameworks and issues at all levels of government with particular emphasis on practical application of Community Service Sector (children, youth and family services) and government practices and procedures.Demonstrated high level analytical problem-solving skills, the ability to assess options and identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions.Please address the full Key Selection Criteria outlined in the PD as part of your application.You must have a:Valid and current Driver's Licence;Satisfactory Criminal History Check (paid for by MacKillop);Valid Employee Working with Children Check;Valid and current NDIS Workers Screening Check (for risk assessed / client facing roles).
