The officer will operate as a team member to ensure the provision of seamless policy advice to the Corporate Executive and the Minister.The position will conduct research and analysis to support the development of strategic policies and policy advice. The position will also establish networks in relevant government agencies to facilitate contribution to the development of current, relevant and strategic policy advice to key stakeholders.To be successful in this role, you will ideally have a strong track record in consultation and strategic policy and program development. Well-developed policy research and evaluation skills are highly valued enabling you to provide strategic advice on designing and mobilising reforms and initiatives under the National Skills Agreement.You will work as part of a team and across directorates to identify opportunities for delivering improved outcomes for learners and industry.
