Location to be negotiated. Preference for North or Northwest. Duties Prepare and provide authoritative advice to the Government on commercial and policy aspects of the development of major energy projects. Identify and propose solutions, in collaboration with other Government agencies and the state-owned electricity businesses, for emerging challenges, strategic issues, and risks in progressing major projects. Prepare high-level written work and correspondence which may include Ministerial correspondence, Minutes, Cabinet documentation, briefing material, reports, submissions and other documentation, as required. Establish and foster productive relationships with external stakeholders, other Government agencies (both State and national), regulators, and state-owned electricity businesses. Work cooperatively with other members of the team. Develop, implement and manage projects using effective project management methodology to achieve high-quality outcomes within defined timeframes and resource constraints.
