About the RoleReporting into OS Growth Operations and working closely with senior stakeholders across the wider OS teams, the Principal Business Planning role will utilise:
The role can be Brisbane or Perth based, with some travel between the facilities required.
Consolidate, interpret and communicate facility performance to internal and external stakeholders.Lead and support cross-functional MOP routines, bringing together commercial, material management and planning teams together for improved outcomes.Support the Growth roadmap through creation of capital requests and NPV analysis.Support Site Work Package creation and support the teams with weekly cost review.Mentor and develop financial understanding within the production teams to improve financial performance.Assist with budgeting and forecasting routines.Work with frontline customers to value, verify and report cost savings in WAVE.Leading monthly and annual Field Leadership activities, building on the OSRC's exceptional safety record.About YouBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Finance Business Partner background would be looked upon favorably.Strong SAP knowledge, particularly Cost, Work Management and Capital modules.BoBJ reporting experience, particularly creating, maintaining and improving automated email reports.Experience with the Capital prioritization process, particularly authoring capital requests and NPV's.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint essential.Understanding of Maintenance processes would be desirable but not essential.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a personality that thrives in a collaborative environment.About Our ProcessAt BHP, we are committed to employing individuals who align with the BHP Charter Values and meet the requirements of the role.
